This absolutely does not apply to women's health. These tips would hurt hormone balancing such as caffeine on an empty stomach every morning and working out before eating.
I like the all the tips/hacks and am once again reminded to take some nicotine again (stopped because....I dunno!) in the easiest form of patches. The highest mg patch can be cut into sections giving you a beneficial lower dose. Good for immunity :) Again, thank you for the reminders and hacks, Jack!

Unfortunately if I consume caffeine before food in the morning my cortisol spikes and my blood sugar goes crazy
