23 Life Changing Things I learned at 23
4.16.2024
23 today
Nothing really changed.
I expect birthdays to be a monumental moment when reality strikes you and a gift is placed right on your doorstep. That would be too easy and frankly, a boring life.
The only way to truly live is by experiencing.
We have to go out of our comfort zones, strain our brains, and work in the shadows until we make something of ourselves.
I've felt better than ever because I've pushed myself harder this past year.
Graduated college
Landed a job at a Fortune 500 company
Started my own business,
Built a beautiful relationship with my girlfriend
Got my own apartment
Oh yes, and blowing all my savings on a sauna…
I'm grateful for the opportunity each day brings and wanted to express my gratitude.
Here are 23 life lessons I've learned through all my journeys, mistakes, and moments.
Enjoy.
Here are 23 life-changing tips:
Tell yourself you love yourself every day.
Going hungry is always better than being too full at night.
The easiest way to get something is by asking for it.
Mornings are for work, afternoons for exploring.
Less is more when it comes to nutrition.
Less Social Media = Less Headaches.
More reading = more creativity.
When in doubt, order the steak.
Never go to bed angry
Gratitude is the best attitude
Being an entrepreneur is easier than I thought.
The slower the BPM, the chiller the crowd.
If you’re bored, read. Or take a walk.
How you live your days is how you live your life.
Schedule times to check in with people.
Always reach out for a helping hand.
Be grateful every day and amazing gifts will come.
Mini workouts throughout the day make you feel great.
Don’t forget the people who helped you along the way.
Always take the first step.
Eat what our ancestors ate.
To sleep well, sleep in a cave.
The first day of any detox is the hardest.

I can definitely resonate with the mini workouts. Sometimes 15-30 minutes of stretching or a quick run is a game changer! Also my favorite, "How you live your days is how you live your life." So true.
Such simple truths that are quite similiar to what I'm learning in my mid-twenties. Thanks for sharing.
