Hi Jack, I have been thinking about trying out some nootropics and glad I came across this post. In regards to the nicotine, I am looking at getting your recommendation for Lucy's Gum. Are you just chewing a piece of gum a few times then tucking between your teeth and upper lip? How long of a lasting affect do you notice and what main benefits have you experienced from taking nicotine gum?
I am excited to share this very well written dive into health enhancing agents, back by science and experience! I'm happy I came across your note today. :)
Coffee can be amazing for you! Just be sure it’s of the highest quality, as many coffees are sprayed with pesticides or even contain mold toxins. I actually wrote an article about this with some helpful resources on choosing cleaner, healthier coffee. https://koolhealth.substack.com/p/is-starbucks-coffee-making-you-tweak

Isaac. What up dude!!
With the gum, I will chew it a couple times then tuck it in my lower lip to the side.
It lasts about an hour and provides focus, memory enhancement and motivation.
Nicotine activates acetylcholine in the brain which is key for learning and memory. Also it helps boost dopamine.
I love using it for reading and learning something new. Highly recommend brother. I would love to talk to you more. Why don't you book a free call?
Thank you Jack!
