When I tell you I cackled at the title of this post! Love how you outline simple ways to incorporate body work into a weekly rhythm!! We have a friend who’s a massage therapist and sets her table up in my husband and my bedroom. It’s heavenly.

The title of this post legit cracked me up! 🤣 Clearly, I need to use mine more. Would you do a "dos and don'ts" video with basic ways to foam roll? I never know what to do besides my quad, tbh.

Great read! As a massage therapist I benefit greatly from foam rolling and receiving amazing bodywork! I’ve been practicing 36 years and I know my stamina comes directly from practicing what I preach (with my hands😉) so to speak. 💫

I don’t have a favorite form, rather favorite practitioners who practice their own, unique, Art of Touch! Being in touch literally, is being in an intimate relationship, one that should be respected, appreciated and conducted with clear intention. I enjoy sharing touch skills, workshop, videos along with dialogue regarding clarification between intimacy and sexuality. In my field both of these topics sometimes blur. :)

Your invitation to do a guest post, makes my heart expand! Thank you. I would like to reciprocate the offer. I see that I haven’t followed you, which is perplexing, because I thought I did… hmmm. I’m still learning to navigate this platform. :)

I use my foam roller most days but then I just discovered these vibrating rollers at my gym and wow! They're from Theragun and AMAZING.🤤
