Yoga as satanic?! Where on earth did that come from?

So glad you decided to see for yourself if all the nonsense was true. I never enjoyed working out until I found yoga. And this has inspired me to start my day with some, so thank you 🙏🏻

This is by far the best article I’ve read this week!

We’ve talked plenty about yoga already. But I’m so glad to read the rest of your story and see how you use it in your life.

I’ve done years of daily yoga. I5 to 20 minutes, every morning. And it has changed me at a deep level. Strong core, more flexible. I can stand on one foot for a couple minutes. I’m not moaning and whining like the other old dudes every time I stand up, because there’s no pain!

And those are just the physical effects.
