This is timely as planning to stop caffeine too. I do most of these things like exercise, cold showers, eat berries anyway, but the dark chocolate is interesting. Does that not have lots of caffeine in though?

Hey JFT Beach,

Great Question!

Yes, dark chocolate does. About 12 milligrams of caffeine per ounce. If you have a little square here or there, no issue. It helped me so much, especially when I was getting off 120+ milligrams of caffeine a day. It's a win for me.

Awesome

Have you ever tried any crazy methods?

I think trying to is crazy!! Nah - I never drank coffee until my 30’s when I had young kids. It is better for my health, energy and bank balance when I stop (daily lattes do add up). I am going Cold Turkey tomorrow with maybe some chocolate and my new air up bottle pods (cola flavoured)

Love this and agree…I feel so much more grounded since getting off coffee and switching to an Ashwaganda latte each night/ sometimes a cocao drink in the mornings. Also thanks for the sleep supplement link! 😊

Hey Tara, I'd love to hear about your cocoa recipe!

It sounds amazing.

Ashwagandha changed my life. It helped with burnout and my nervous system.

Don't forget to apply the code "kool health." I love Kion:)
