I have been overwhelmed with all the love and support shown on this newsletter.
There are so many amazing people on here. So many amazing comments. So much love.
I’m overthinking just about everything I post.
It’s been a month since I last published! I can’t remember the last time.
But, rest assured, we are growing and loving every single day.

Life Update:
Just turned 25. Birthday was in April :)
Began a new job working at a wellness & biohacking facility
Love my beautiful girlfriend. 5 year anniversary coming up.
Meeting new awesome friends every day.
Understanding my purpose more
Even writing a book. Wohoo.
But, confession.
I have been scared of Biohack with Jack recently.
BWJ is amazing, but there is so much more I would like to write on. So many stories, ideas, visions,

Regardless, I’ve been writing, journaling, meditating, and praying on it every day.

Favorite Protocol This Month: Contrast Therapy + Red Light
