Yet again Jack you hit a home-run.

I’ve not yet braved the cold-plunge.

I do a 20 minute steam room followed by 10 minute infrared sauna everyday.

Could you speak to how or if I should add the plunge to this routine? I’m concerned the cold would screw up the benefits of the heat.

Also, I wanted to add a post that I just wrote this morning that affirms the point you make about taking quiet time. Not trying to be a post hijacker just want to affirm your take and add spin for another to be blessed.

I love your take about “melting into the Earth like butter .”

Work done with anxiety about results is far inferior to work done without such anxiety, in the calm of self-surrender. — Marcus Aurelius

👆

Have you allowed yourself to “self-surrender” to the still small voice within In order to calmly tap into the ultimate Source of your creative power?

👆

Perhaps anxiety about outcomes is causing friction between your soul and your Source.

Guilty?

💥

If so, I recommend you spend quiet time completely clearing your mind getting your mind quiet and listening for the small voice within.

🙏

You’ll be blessed and tap into the Source that will allow you to bless all of us with your creativity.

What do YOU You think? Am I onto something?

❤️

Sincerely grateful for you,

Dan

Good as always, although this time you sounded a bit too easy :) it will demand effort, just to slice part of your day for ‘doing nothing’. I get up every morning and go straight to swim in a lake, around 800 m from my home. Every morning. But it took me around 20 years to realise I can do it instead of “get up-brush teeth-coffe-car-office”. All those years I lived by the lake but thought I didn’t have time for morning swim
