As January wraps up, it's the perfect time for a check-in on our New Year's goals.
Whether they've slipped your mind or you're steadily on track, let's take a moment to assess and possibly recalibrate.
Through a few focused questions, we'll explore how well we're aligning with our intentions and what adjustments might steer us back on course.

For this exercise:
Choose a quiet spot.
Set your phone aside.
Grab a pen and paper or open your laptop.
Set a timer for 15 minutes.
Simply write freely on the given topics, letting thoughts flow.

Don’t just think about them - please write them down
Next Step
Review the previous week’s accomplishments
Review the previous week’s challenges. In what ways did you not act in line with your intentions for the week? What felt particularly hard or challenging this week? And what would you like to change (if anything) next week?
Look ahead to the next 2 weeks and see what’s coming up. Do you need to create any calendar blocks, or any todo action items based on this?
Choose your top 3 outcomes for the upcoming week - if the week ahead was going to be great, what would be the top 3 things I’d accomplish? Schedule time in your calendar to work towards those outcomes.
That's it! Now you can move on with your day, proud of what you have accomplished.
Think about these things and go out into the world!
