Your old morning routine sounds like something that would keep me in bed (avoidance) rather than get me to spring out of bed with excitement for the day. Sounds exhausting! I'm glad you were able to adjust and find balance.
Omg I cant believe its wasnt evening by the time you finished that huge biohacking list 😂 I have never tried biohacking but had a similar experience with routines. I jst keep it v simple now. Thanks for sharing yours.
How interesting that you've learned that you've followed the path of wellness so religiously you've ended up in the poison ivy! Personally, I don't have much of a morning routine. Get up, get on the exercise bike, read while on the bike, write a bit, then go do stuff.
Okay, there are caffeine patches!? That... is my new morning routine after a cup of black coffee :)
But really, I'm shooting for: 6-7: yoga. 7-8: Breakfast etc. 9-12: Writing. (8-9 is usually a mess)
Suppositories!! What. You got a great publication here, Jack!! Looking forward to the articles.
Just keep doing what you’re doing, but skip articles on suppositories? 😁
Thanks Jack. You just did read it. Not very elaborate, is it?
