Really solid breakdown. The layering concept is what seperates people who just try random stuff from those who actually build sustainable routines. I've been doing someting similar with breathwork and cold exposure but never thought about timing foam rolling right after waking to jump-start lymphatic flow. That makes so much sense physiologically.

Neural, another epic comment. Yes, this is such a fun way to wake up the body. Try foam rolling before breathwork, then go into cold exposure. You open up the fascia first, which allows red blood cells and other cells to flow more easily. Structure is flow.

From there, move into breathwork to oxygenate your newly opened body, and then finish with a cold plunge where you train vascular dilation and resilience.

What a morning stack!!! 🔥
