Hey Katie, my go-to tip would be to make exercise fun! The gym used to be the most horrible place in the world for me—so I stopped forcing it.
Now, every week my friends and I play tennis, and I bring a kettlebell with me. The winner (or loser) has to swing it or squat it 10 times and throw it around haha.
Instead of long walks, I longboard in the sun, and honestly, my body has never looked better.
Think about what actually feels fun to you—maybe it’s a game, maybe it’s just being outside with friends. Movement doesn’t have to be miserable. Make it a vibe! You the best
