The whole sex without a partner thing should also be set aside in the modern era according to tcm. Sex without a partner becomes an energy loss instead of an energy exchange. The male online communities are pretty familiar w this concept but the female ones feel like it’s a birthright. So it tends to garner hate when mentioned .. but it’s a simple thing anyone can test.
