4 Biohacks to Calm the Mind Instantly After a Long Day Of Work.
What’s the fastest way to calm the mind after a stressful workday?
Bro, work is crazy stressful. I don’t know about you, but after being on my computer for nine hours checking emails and looking at random property’s on Zillow I can’t afford, I’m cooked. Cooked like al dente beyond burger spaghetti. My mind is a hotter mess than Britney Spears after her third ayahuasca trip.
All I want to do is doom scroll.
But once I figured out the hacks to chill, after work became my flow state. I started writing more and working out. After work became time to build instead of just feel like sitting on the couch. This major shift came once I learned how to calm my mind.
Here’s how we gonna do it.
Nature
Movement
Medicine
Breath
Nature
Nature is the foundation for life.
Without it, we’re just stinky potatoes—literally and figuratively. Without nature, we walk around with high inflammation and loads of stress. This dims our inner magic and wreaks havoc on a cellular level. The key to chilling out is getting back to nature. What that means is once you clock out of work, it’s time to step into the world.
What that might look like?
Go barefoot in some grass at the park and do yoga.
Take a walk with your friend at sunset.
Hit the beach, swim with dolphins.
Or just sit on a bench and enjoy the vibes.
That’s how you get super chill.
Movement.
Movement is the one thing that gets you sexy, fit, healthy, and mad chill.
No matter how I feel beforehand, working out always helps me calm down. Even ten jumping jacks in my bathroom makes me feel like relaxed.
Working out scientifically lowers stress hormones like cortisol and makes you more resilient to stress.1 Working out also dumps a ton of feel-good chemicals into your body, like endorphins and endocannabinoids, making you feel sensational.2
The trick is to start with a small workout and go from there.
Quick Workouts After Work
100 Jumping Jacks
2 Sets of 25 Pushups
50 Air Squats
25 Kettlebell Swings
30 Pull-ups
Mind-Calming Supplements
Here are some of my favorite supplements to calm the mind and body.
GABA
In biohacking, GABA is known as the mind silencer, and for good reason. It slows down the brain and relaxes the central nervous system protecting you from anxiety, stress, and fear.
The best type of GABA is called PharmaGABA, so look out for supplements that use it. It's much more absorbable than most GABAs and lasts longer in the bloodstream. My favorite supplement that uses it is a drink called Gabalicious; it tastes amazing and is a great alternative to alcohol.
Magnesium
PUT THE MAGNESIUM IN THE BAG NOW.
That’s how I feel about magnesium.
I’d literally rob someone for magnesium. Then I’d feel bad, but I’d just take another scoop.
All jokes aside, this mineral is a superhero. It has over 300 uses in the human body and helps us recover, sleep better, energize, and clear the mind.3 I can’t live without it.
After two scoops of magnesium, I feel all the stress of the day melt away, and I can finally be me. I also take a scoop in the morning. It really is the best.
My favorite magnesium product.
Breath
A lot of people don’t know they’re breathing. My sister didn’t discover breathing until recently. After that, all of a sudden, she’s a hippie hanging out at drum circles. Lol.
All jokes aside, breathwork allows anyone to chill out. We got this magic inside us that gets unlocked every time we breathe. The benefits are wild, including lowering cortisol, boosting immunity, being more present, and getting more lung capacity and oxygen in the tissues. If you feel stressed, just sit down and breathe, mothatrucka.

That’s it for today. Hope you guys have great holidays. Let me know how you like the shorter format, and hey, enjoy the day, and enjoy your life.
