Solid breakdown on sleep fundamentals. The electrolyte timing piece is underrated, especially the sodium-adrenaline connection at night. I experimented with pre-sleep electrolytes last yea rand noticed less middle-of-the-night wake-ups. The consistent sleep schedule advice is spot on too, even if its the least exciting part of the protocol.

Acupuncture is one I haven’t seen for better sleep recommendations. Also, I thought 10 mg of oral magnesium was high lol but 800 mg rectally is a new one. Great read.

Love these very specific tips! I struggle hard with sleep. Blue light blocking glasses from Swanwick help but I'm intrigued by the red light bulbs. They just give Stranger Things creepy vibes...🤣
