I love reading about your biohacks, especially the sleep hacks. Back in the day, I used to get 4 or 5 hours a night, but I didn’t understand how important sleep is. Since then I’ve spent a lot of time on the sleep hygiene. Now I manage seven hours a night and it’s been a game changer!
For me, the nose strips have done wonders. I tried the mouth tape too and it tends to wake me up after about 3 hours.
I’m definitely interested in the blue blocking glasses for evening use- it’s on my wish list
