About Me
At 19, I was eager to advance my DJ career while finishing my degree in real estate and entrepreneurship. I played shows for 500 people and opened for stars like Acraze, Noizu, and Carnage. During that time, I experimented with biohacking.
Biohacking changed my life. It taught me to see things differently, question my reality, and boost my productivity and workouts. After years of no progress, I gained 15 pounds of muscle by working out just once a week with biohacking. Biohacking made me calm in interviews and when asking my crush out. It helped me see the world's beauty. It gives me the tools to feel my best, acting like a cheat code. It makes me happier, more motivated, and limitless.
I host a podcast, "Biohack with Jack," featuring influential figures. I coach aspiring tennis players and a D1 athlete on the Wisconsin rowing team.
I maintain an advanced morning routine that includes breathwork, yoga, meditation, and superfoods. Through my journey, I have faced failures and learned valuable lessons. My coaching aims to share these lessons with you.
